Paronychia is a common skin infection that develops around nails or nails. This condition may be acute (ie sudden start) or chronic (ie gradually start). Acute paronychia (fresh fingers) is associated with bacteria that enter the skin fold after injury in a bite, aggressive manicure, and finger sucking.
